Need support for e-Con?

If you encounter any technical issues with your e-Con solution, several support options are available to provide the help you need.

  • First, make sure you've installed the latest fix on your e-Con version. Please refer to article How to install an e-Con update or fix for more information about installing fixes. 
  • Second, you can search our knowledge base for quick answers to your questions and technical help. We’ll continuously add new articles for frequently asked questions. 
  • If you’re looking for information about implementing, maintain, and modeling e-Con, e-Conpedia is a rich source of information. e-Conpedia includes all information in the e-Con modeling guide, along with a glossary, a search function, and practical “how to” tips. We’ve grouped information by topics so that you can quickly find what you need.
  • If we haven't already created an article fitting your request, we will provide assisted support. Click on the right site on the envelop (Contact Support) to create a support request. Make sure you enter a relevant subject - which will automatically search our Knowledge Base, and include a detailed reproducible scenario - that'll help us help you a lot quicker!
